To make these cards I used Die-namics Pierced Circle Stax,
Blueprints 21, Paper Smooches Birthday Sampler, Bazzill
Card and sequin trim from my stash.
I die cut all the elements first an then adhered the small
circles to a thin strip of black card. I trimmed off the excess
and then added the sequin trim. I adhered the 2 layers of the
card and then positioned the circles with foam tape. I then
tucked the larger black circle under the circles strip and
stamped my sentiment. Finally I attached the layers to
a top folding card base.
For this card I repeated the steps above but stamped
a different sentiment and rotated the design.
